A great deal of effort was put into every detail of our socks. We want you to love our socks as much as we do. If you have any problems with a purchase, please contact us at contact@barnabyshop.com.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No you don't but it will make it much easier next time you visit us. We will store your basic contact details to make it easier and quicker when you return.

I’ve forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password, follow the 'Forgotten Password' instructions on the 'Register / Login' page. An email will be sent to your registered account.

Is my package insured?

Insurance is not included with standard shipping but can be arranged with the registered post option.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation with your shipping details. Please refer to shipping guide for approximate delivery times.

What payment methods does Barnaby accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal payments. Visa and Mastercard payments are process through Braintree - they are a really big US company - visit their website for more information.

Barnaby never stores your credit card details. When purchasing from barnaby your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.
